The staff demonstrated excellent professionalism and were friendly. I greatly appreciated that. my room was especially clean. i found the on-site restaurant convenient, and the food tasted great.
the bed was perhaps a little too high for me, and i am 5'6".

unreliable serviceold carpet
i found the shuttle service unreliable. i was told to wait at a specific post at the airport, but the shuttle never showed up after a long wait. this forced me to use an uber, a frustrating start to my stay. the room carpet felt quite old and not very clean.

The airport shuttle service was punctual and efficient. My room was clean and spacious, exactly what I needed after a long flight. I found the front desk staff friendly and very helpful, especially with directions and local information.
I noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the room, which could use some updating.

the shuttle runs every thirty minutes, made airport trips easy. my room was quiet, and i found the bed comfortable for sleeping. the front desk staff was helpful, they answered my questions quickly.
I had trouble with the room's heating system. It sounded like a water leak was present all night.
